Therefore, we are extending the availability of our programs for the coming year and encourage all of you to review our existing programs and the support that is offered. You can submit your proposals for program funding and/or questions to email@example.com.
As Director, I am happy the center will be continuing its work and support for STEM women faculty in the tradition that ADVANCE at WSU has established over the last six years. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you!
Goals of ADVANCE at WSU

·Foster a positive, inclusive work environment through programs and career-development opportunities that include support at critical work/life transition points

How Faculty Perceptions are Changing
In Spring of 2012, ADVANCE at WSU conducted an all-faculty survey to assess the changes in perceptions of opportunities for career advancement at WSU. The SESRC created a poster presentation for the Spring 2014 Showcase. Their poster is available here
