Pathways Program

The ADVANCE at WSU Pathways Program supports faculty in advancing their careers through focused professional development. This might include restarting scholarly work after substantial university service or time away; pursuing a significant change in research direction; or moving into or out of a leadership or administrative role. Funded activities may entail participation in leadership trainings; professional development programs such as those offered by the NCFDD; or other experiences that support the above listed transitions. 

We are now accepting applications.
Priority deadline for submissions is March 15th, 2026.
