Leadership Training Program

The ADVANCE at WSU Leadership Program is an initiative for supporting leadership opportunities for eligible faculty. WSU women faculty are eligible to apply with priority given to women from STEM departments and/or academic units wherein women faculty are otherwise under-represented. Additionally, all faculty members from historically under-represented groups as defined by the NSF—regardless of gender identity—are eligible. The aim of this program is to foster career development of eligible faculty by supporting leadership opportunities and trainings. Activities completed under this program, to be identified by the applicant, should thus contribute to advancement in administration leadership and/or leadership in one’s discipline.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
