Network Improvement Communities (NICs) | • Faculty from our regional partner institutions regardless of field, rank, and gender | • Enhance professional network • Improve institutional climate • Contribute to gender equity across our institutions • Contribute to more faculty-friendly policies | • Phase 1: Tailor Tidal Leadership training to women in STEM (Summer 2020) • Phase 2: Discussion of policies related to gender equity (Begins Fall 2020) | • Minimum monthly hour-long Zoom meetings with prep work for each meeting |
