Spring 2024 NSF ADVANCE Northwest Regional Partnership Meeting Recap
The VAuLTS team held our Spring 2024 Partnership meeting in Corvallis, OR. Dr. Ann Austin and Dr. Jaime Lester presented to the group and facilitated discussions around the successful strategies of different types of leaders. Attendees learned the different levers for organizational change and their connections to different leadership styles in equity, diversity, and inclusion organizations.
A panel of experts and leaders who have succeeded in implementing organizational change spoke to the group and facilitated discussions among colleagues about supporting one another in their own initiatives.
